My professional career has been enhanced and blessed by quality leaders who have invested in my development, and I feel that it is my responsibility to do the same for others. I lead by example, and work hard to create a good experience for my team. I believe that a good leader gives team members autonomy to make decisions, and room to grow.

In the end, I probably learned as much from them as they did from me.
